Knotty Nights

with Emily

What to expect

Knotty Nights with Emily started during COVID times with live tying on social media and has expanded to intimate in-person boutique workshops. I strive to keep my workshops focused on teachings around consent, vetting, safety, and of course all things rope! The goal is a safe and inclusive environment to learn, heal, or vibe with like-minded enthusiasts.

Testimonials

I can’t even begin on how much I needed this night   ❤️ I don’t think I could ever miss this workshop and hope everyone can experience what a safe, fun, loving environment it was to learn ropes. Women supporting women, with smiles and laughter. 10/10 highly recommend    “Knotty Nights with Emily” was beyond spectacular! The safe, fun, entrancing space that was provided by Brenda and Michael is breathtaking and so refreshing. Emily covered so much for our first group    I took so much education from her class! I can’t wait for more! - Natalie

Emily, one of our own “babes”, introduced us to the world of shibari, focusing on the single column tie – the Somerville Bowline, to be precise. But it wasn’t just about the knots and ties. Emily emphasized the importance of consent, ensuring each participant felt comfortable, safe, and in control every step of the way. - Brenda

Events are hosted at the MOREhouse Manor where it's not just an intimate gathering to learn about Shibari but also about fostering connections among a small group of fearless women ready to embrace their bodies.
